About
Nonika McCallister, BSN, RN, CWOCN, CFCN, CLT

I am Nonika McCallister. I live in Gresham Oregon with my Husband, our youngest son, and our dog Princess. We have 5 more adult children who have moved away from home, as well as 17 grandchildren who I absolutely adore

I have been a nurse for 12 years. I obtained my first nursing degree from Portland Community College, then moved on to Lindfield University to earn my bachelors in nursing. Because I love to learn, I have since continued my education in several specialty fields. I currently hold certifications as a Certified Lymphatic Therapist (Vodder Technique), Wound Care, Ostomy Management, Continence, Psychiatric/Mental Health and Foot Care including Diabetic Foot Care Management.

I have many years experience working with the foster home community, providing nursing care for adults and children in community settings. Most recently, I have been a Wound and Ostomy consultant with Providence Home Health. This position allows me to travel to patient homes to provide aid in healing and preventing hospital stays. This allows people to be home and heal in the environment they are most comfortable in. It is in this position I came to find how many people are truly home bound, unable to leave home to get medical care. This is how Heart and Sole Mobile Nursing was born, to specifically serve those who have difficulty getting care outside of their home.

I value being able to provide prevenatative and restorative nursing care to the community.

I look forward to collaborating with you about how to meet your nursing needs.
